Application of GT200 frequency converter on drainage board manufacturing equipment

Drainage boards are mainly used in greening garage roofs, roof gardens, golf courses, airports, road beds, subways, tunnels, landfills, building foundations above or below the roof, roofing and anti-drainage.

The traditional drainage method is to use masonry tiles as the filtering layer, use more pebbles or gravel as the water filtering layer, and drain the water to the designated place.Drainage board is made of polystyrene or polyethylene plastic base plate after stamping into a conical protrusion or hollow cylindrical porous, conical protrusion or hollow cylindrical porous top surface is glued with a layer of filtration geotextile, in order to prevent the passage of soil particles to avoid the blockage of the drainage channel to make the aperture drain smoothly.Compared with the traditional drainage way and drainage board drainage way, drainage board drainage is time-saving, energy-saving and energy-saving, saving investment, but also can reduce the load of the building.

 Second, the requirements of the drainage board equipment and GT200 features


   The manufacturing of drainage board needs to go through several steps such as heating of raw material granules -> sheet extrusion -> mould die-casting forming -> conveying -> finished product winding, etc. Each link needs close and reliable cooperation, and any one of the links out of order will produce waste materials and cause losses.

    GT200 frequency converter can reach 150% of rated torque at 0.5HZ, which ensures low-frequency and large torque output at sheet extrusion stage.

    GT200 inverter ±0.5% of rated synchronous speed running steady state accuracy, to ensure reliable synchronous performance of the whole stage.

    GT200 frequency converter provides a variety of frequency setting channels (analogue, communication, etc.) to meet the different design requirements of customers.

1. Sheet extrusion stage

The 185KW motor adopts one GT200-4T1850G frequency converter, and adopts 485 communication method.

The 485 communication method is used to control the starting and stopping of the frequency converter and the frequency adjustment.

2. Mould die-casting forming stage:

The communication mode controls the start and stop of the frequency converter as well as the frequency adjustment.


3 Intermediate conveying and finished product winding stage


The 4KW motor adopts 3 sets of GT200-4T0040G inverter (2 sets for conveying and 1 set for rewinding), and adopts 485 communication to control the start-stop and frequency adjustment of the inverter.

GT200 inverter can be started by panel start, external terminal, communication start, etc.; panel frequency setting, analogue frequency setting, communication setting, etc. can be used to set the frequency of the inverter's feed frequency and the combination of the results of each channel to set the frequency of the inverter, which greatly facilitates the customer's design and wiring requirements.
