The principle is to compress the secondary steam produced by the evaporator through a compressor to increase its pressure and temperature, and the enthalpy of the steam will increase accordingly. The steam with increased enthalpy is sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator as heating steam Use, make the material liquid maintain the boiling state, and the heating steam itself condenses into water, so that the latent heat in the secondary steam is fully utilized, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving.
 
In recent years, this technology has been applied to various industries such as chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, sewage treatment, seawater desalination, etc. abroad. Its working process is to compress low-grade secondary steam through a compressor, and the temperature and pressure are increased. The enthalpy increases, and then enters the heat exchanger to heat and condense to make full use of the latent heat of steam.
 
2. Current operating status of steam compressors:

Three, steam compressor flow demand analysis:
 
The compressor is in the secondary compression pipeline, and the steam needs to be re-pressurized to 0.7mpa. Therefore, the speed of the compressor is relatively high, which needs to reach about 2650rpm. The load current when driven by ACS510 is about 530-550A. There is no one-way valve at the rear of the machine, no need to consider the balance pressure output torque, the turbine shaft has an independent oil-liquid cooling system, the motor is a three-phase 380VAC asynchronous motor, rated 50HZ/315KW/2978RPM/563A.
