2. Working principle and technology of pile driver  
 
Spiral pile driver is a kind of pile driving equipment that drives the drill rod bit to the underground drill through the power head to make holes. The screw pile driver can be divided into two parts: the pile frame and the drilling part. It is mainly composed of walking mechanism, slewing mechanism, power mechanism, hydraulic and transmission mechanism, and operating mechanism. We mainly control its power mechanism and slewing mechanism by frequency conversion to achieve convenient control. The pile frame of the screw pile driver is mainly composed of the top pulley block, the column, the diagonal brace, the chassis, the walking mechanism, the slewing mechanism, the hoisting mechanism, the control room, the hydraulic system and the electrical system. The uprights are folded, with box-shaped cross-section structure and flange connection. Both sides of the column are equipped with circular or square slides as a guide for the power head and the drill rod to move up and down and to resist torsion. The box-shaped foldable column equipped with this drilling rig uses hydraulic cylinders for lifting and lowering, which is convenient and quick, and does not need to be disassembled during transportation. The lower part of the column is hinged with the upper plate, and the middle and rear part is hinged with the diagonal struts. There is a pulley block on the top of the column to complete the take-off and landing of the power head, steel cage and grouting duct. The power head can slide up and down along the slide, and it can be disassembled when consigned. 
 
Process flow: Place the screw pile driver → embed the protective tube → lightly touch the drill bit and then rotate to drill → lower the drill bit → complete the drilling, clear the hole and measure the depth → insert the reinforcement cage and conduit → perform concrete pouring → pull out the protective tube and Clean the pile head and backfill it to form a pile.

Traditional pile drivers mostly use electric motors to directly drive gearboxes or gearboxes to directly drive drill pipes and drill bits. However, this control method has many shortcomings: if a gearbox is used, the drill bit has only one speed, and no matter what geological conditions are encountered, it can only be piled at the same speed, which results in too low efficiency; while the gearbox can be mechanically shifted , To achieve speed regulation, but due to the difficulty of mechanical production and high cost, there are usually only three gears, and only three speeds can be switched.
