Main components of EPE foaming machine
 
1. Feeding section: The two ends of the feeding section are respectively connected to the barrel and reduction box, and the raw materials are fed into the extruder from this part. Including hopper, screw, barrel, extruder main motor and other parts, the AC motor is connected with the main screw through the reduction box.
 
2. Plasticizing heating section: This part is equipped with a high-power heating ring, which will melt the DPE resin particles and push the melted resin forward through the screw.
