Description:

1. Confirm which of acceleration, deceleration and constant speed overvoltage belong to the scene;
2. Confirm on-site undervoltage attributes;
3. For over-voltage during acceleration, please check whether the acceleration time or starting method is appropriate, and whether the motor is at a standstill before the inverter starts driving the motor;
4. Overvoltage during deceleration, please check whether the set value of the deceleration time or energy consumption braking related parameters is appropriate, and whether the energy consumption braking components and connecting cables are matched and intact;
5. For over voltage during constant speed, please check whether the AC input power voltage is within the power supply voltage working range allowed by the inverter product technical specifications, or whether the grid voltage is stable;
6. Check whether the motor output line is short-circuited, the insulation is damaged, whether the motor wiring is correct, and other related abnormalities;
7. Under voltage during operation, please check whether the AC input power voltage is within the power supply voltage working range permitted by the inverter product specifications, or whether the grid voltage is stable; stop the inverter, power off the inverter and power it on again, pay attention Listen to see if there is a contactor (relay) inside the inverter; seek service;
8. When running, report undervoltage, check whether the inverter cooling fan is stuck or damaged, and check whether the control terminal wiring harness is short-circuited or not; seek service.
