Main components of EPE foaming machine
1. Feeding section: The two ends of the feeding section are respectively connected to the barrel and reduction box, and the raw materials are fed into the extruder from this part. Including hopper, screw, barrel, extruder main motor and other parts, the AC motor is connected with the main screw through the reduction box.
2. Plasticizing heating section: This part is equipped with a high-power heating ring, which will melt the DPE resin particles and push the melted resin forward through the screw.
3. Forming heating section: This part is equipped with heating mechanism and cooling device to gradually cool the plasticized raw material until the raw material is extruded through the screw. In addition, it also includes butane pump and anti-shrinking agent pump (glycerolipid part). The shrinking agent pump heats the anti-shrinking agent into the barrel at a pressure of 10-15Mpa (100-150mm/cm2). The feed parts of the butane pump and the anti-shrinking agent pump are equipped with a one-way valve to prevent the raw materials from flowing backward to ensure production safety.
4. Die head part: the melted raw material is extruded from this part. The raw material begins to foam as soon as it passes through the die lip. The thickness of EPE pearl cotton sheet depends on the die lip and the pulling speed.
5. Shaping drum: The width of EPE pearl cotton sheet is determined by this part, and cooling air is provided in this part through a fan.
6. Traction roller: The sheet stretched by the sizing drum enters this part for traction. At this time, the traction speed should be balanced to ensure the quality of the sheet. The traction roller is equipped with a variable-frequency motor to adjust the traction speed.
7. Indexable take-up roll: This part is equipped with a meter counter that can set the length of the sheet. When the length of the first roll reaches the set requirement, the second roll can be turned 180° to start to rewind the sheet.
2, EPE foaming machine workflow
